On the left is an expandable outline list, much like a file directory.

1. Click on the checkmark to expand the list under a category. Click on the checkmark again to close up the list.
2. Click on Materials, Equipment, Manpower, or Methods to open one of these checklists in the right-hand window.
3. Click on any factor to go to that factor within the checklist expanded in the right-hand window.
